General

We at Harmony Based Productions, will do our utmost to provide you with the best possible service. The best way to communicate to Harmony Based Productions is via Email. Should you prefer a more personal approach, feel free to give us a call. Please leave a message if we are out and we shall contact you immediately on our return.

Harmony Based Productions is not responsible for any Emails sent to you via addresses created to accompany your site. Anti-spam/junk software will significantly reduce any junk mail reaching you however like all Email accounts, the possibility is still there.

Harmony Based Productions is not responsible for the content of any of it's clients' Websites, nor for the service or products that they may provide.

All of our card payments are processed through the very reputable company PayPal. Harmony Based Productions will not be held accountable for problems that are PayPal's fault.

 

Website Creation

We shall endeavour to create your custom website within 10 days, however, during especially busy periods this may not be possible. There may be occasions where sites are online in under a week but we cannot always guarantee a completion date. Some design work towards our client's sites is always done prior to any written agreement or charges being made. This gives customers the opportunity to decide whether or not we are the company for you. Payment plans are usually agreed on a case by case basis, but in all cases the full payment must be completed within a week of the site being online.

Harmony Based Productions believes in giving you complete control over the future management of your site. Instead of tying you down to an expensive hosting plan like other website design companies, we supply advice and support in setting up your own hosting (we can even simply do it for you). This ensures that you are the sole owner of the site and should you decide to go to another company at anytime, it is simple for you to do so. This does mean that you are responsible for keeping your hosting account up-to-date, should you like a reminder from us please request one upon setup.

By sending images to Harmony Based Productions, you are informing us that you have the full right for them to be used on your site. It is your duty to ensure that copyright laws are not being broken. Harmony Based Productions accepts no responsibility for any images supplied to them.

Harmony Based Productions reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who wants a site that we feel is morally wrong, or offensive to some people. We use an extremely reliable hosting company. Should any problems occur, Harmony Based Productions will do all they can, to continue providing you the best possible service.

 

Other Conditions

In view of the work involved in creating a website, refunds can only be offered in exceptional circumstances, at our discretion.
